Stay away from this branch. Average wait time for a straight deposit 15-20 Minutes wait time for drive thru or lobby. I recommend everyone to go bank somewhere else.

Jacklyn had no customers and couldn't be bothered to fill out a deposit slip for me. After I had already sent a sticky note with all the information so it could be faster. On top of that couldn't even send me a pen....

Worst place to open buiness account . Only one person is in charge of your account and if you can't get a hold of them nothing can be done . This bank does not take care for its clients there in it for themselves.

Everyone was confused with the lines,, 1 teller lobby was packed.. they should have a sign in sheet, came in and was in the wrong line so I ended up waiting 2 hours to replace a card

I usually use the IBC inside the Walmart because it is more convenient for me and the customer service is superb. Consequently, the one time I did use the IBC location on Closner , I had a bad experience 2 yrs ago. Nonetheless, I had to use the location once again due to the area I was going too... hoping that it had been a one time thing previously. Unfortunately, there was excessive miscommunication and errors... however, I don't blame the teller. It was just obvious that the manager or trainer that trained the teller had failed to teach the correct etiquette and protocol to assist customers in a properly fashion. I will never go again.The worst part was that the supervisor or manager on site agreed with teller instead of taking over the situation in a professional manner.I wouldn't doubt it that they were all laughing up a storm in side I understand that it's Friday and everyone wants to go home but what needs to done ....needs to be done right.

I only come here because my Mother has banked with them for many years. Otherwise I wouldn't step foot inside. Terrible service, terrible options available for mobile banking. IBC is an old peoples bank thats fading away.

Went in to open an account and got helped buy a man named Remmy I believe, amazing customer service!!! Very professional! I was goona use the account to transfer money then close it but after the awesome customer service i received I will keep my business with IBC!!!
