“This staff was so amazing, shout out to Thomas and Sergio, they helped me in my crisis! I drove to Mcallen all the from Los Fresnos to get my fingerprinting done. The last UPS store was unable to help me get them done so in a desperate effort I drove to S 10th to see if they could help me and they did! They went above and beyond to get this task done and I’m so grateful! They were the only two working and they were still so attentive when they got busy. Great branch!!!”

“Picked up a bike over the weekend at this location 6/29/2024. Staff were friendly and thorough in checking ID to ensure the correct person was picking it up. The box was pretty beat up even though it was marked as fragile but ultimately the contents seem fine and I wouldn't be able to say where the improper handling occurred. UPS customer service said this location was not open on Saturday, but it is as the google description shows.”

“The staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I used to hate having to send out a package. It would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes waiting in line at FedEx or USPS to get something shipped off. It's never taken me more than 10 minutes at this place. A lot of times I just have to drop off the package and I'm out the door within a couple of minutes. Not sure if it's because I'm going when they're not so busy or because this is one of those hidden gems that only the locals know about. I would highly recommend this place if you need to use USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
The place is located off of Raul Longoria and Freddy Gonzalez. Literally like 1 minute off the expressway. I don't always ship packages, but when I do, I use 1 Stop Mailbox. ?”
