“The security measures that are in place are great. The gate hours are a reasonable time instead of 24 hours, which is a risk. Whenever I would check up on my unit I would see the guys up at the front driving on their cart checking up on things which is amazing. The employees are really nice and professional as well. If I was able to afford the unit again I would definitely come back here.”

“PODS Moving & Storage may be a little more pricey than some of the other companies out there BUT the customer service is through the roof outstanding. We originally ordered two PODS, a 16 ft and an 8 ft. The gentleman that assisted with my original order was a lot of fun, but so very professional, and helped put my fears of moving and storing my stuff in someone else's control and not my own, were put to rest. When I called back to change the 8 ft to a 16 ft, I was greeted with the same professionalism as the original person. Having to order a third POD was no easy decision, but it was seamless to order an additional POD. The drivers that dropped off and picked up my PODS in Oklahoma were professional and caring. The driver that dropped off and picked up my PODS in Texas was outstanding - very professional! My only complaint was the condition of the third, 8 foot POD. The door was very difficult to open and close as was the latch.”
“I was with Just a Closet self storage for a few months, but it was the best storage company I’ve dealt with…EVER. Rudy made it so easy for us when we went to pay. He showed us around explained everything. This place is always very clean and well maintained. Felt secure moving things at night with all the lighting and security. Price is very reasonable also. It’s a lot less for a climate controlled unit here than a regular unit the same size elsewhere. Definitely recommend this place. I would use them again if I’d move back to Edinburg.
