“I must share my experience at Star Storage. Omg I was so impressed with Arely Martinez and her amazing customer service. She was awesome and accommodated all my needs from start to finish. I’ve had many storage units especially in the last 5 years, but this place TOPS THEM ALL, I almost hate to leave. The facility is super clean, the automatic payments are super convenient the location is perfect, it’s open 24/7 and once again the service was top notch. I recommend this place to anyone in the Mission area. Thank you Ms Arely.”

“I’ve had two dry storage units for a few years now and have not had any major issues thus far. Pests would be the extent of my issues.(I have seen traps placed so I believe they’re definitely dealing with it) The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Overall a decent place and price to store your belongings.”
