Aesthetic Freaks Training is a private training facility that offers cross training, group training, 1 on 1 personal training, group personal training, strength training, nutrition consulting, and a range of fitness supplements tested in the facility. The gym has a great atmosphere with friendly staff and clean facilities. Members feel motivated and receive encouragement, and coaching is top notch. Workouts are tailored to individual needs and the staff support teamwork and mutual support. The environment feels like family, with no judgment and lots of encouragement. New friendships are made and for everyone, whether experienced or new.
