    She's the best doctor in EP. She takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about her patients.

    When you actually get treated, it’s good. After lunch they don’t answer the phone and they won’t return your call. Very unprofessional. Lori is the only one that actually cares when you are there.

    Edit: I’ve been told that you should reach the office manager if you have an issue.
