I've never actually gotten a live person to answer the phone, but you do get a list of options to choose from where to send your message, and if you call early enough, you normally get a call back by the end of the day.”

“The service was incredible and most friendly staff I have ever experienced they were more welcoming then I have ever felt in a medical setting it has been a long time visiting one due to bad experiences and I will definitely go back again only reason it wasn't 5 was I clearly stated my concerns with my Financials and my insurance and not knowing how to use it, and not wanting to have to pay so much for extra testing they said it should be free because of my insurance and ended up being billed almost 150 for the visit.”
