Overall easy, and simple I did everything online prior and was out in minutes. There is a deposit or hold fee when you book online.

I made a slight error when I made my reservation online and even though it was for the following day, they told me to come back later that day and they'd have a car ready for me. I went back that day and they had a car for me just as they said. The guy was super nice and I plan to always go to them for my rentals. Fast...
