“I can't express enough how impressed I am with this rental location. The manager is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, doing everything possible to ensure our experience was outstanding. We rented a minivan for a one-way trip to purchase a new handicap accessible vehicle to replace our well-worn one. While I anticipated that one-way rentals would be expensive, the manager found every discount available, making it much more affordable. Upon arrival, we switched vehicles to a local rental to further reduce costs, and she made that process seamless. If you're in need of a rental car for any reason, I highly recommend this place.”

This time though I selected wrong car size(my fault), took off but car was too small came back and Abel C and Robert M where able to take care of us really fast and with a smile, so so so helpful. Even though it was literally past closing time at 6pm and they were super busy.”

“AVIS is undoubtedly the best car rental services I have used, I travel alot and renting cars is inevitable, my experience with AVIS has been nothing short of perfection, their cars are new, well maintained, clean and prices are relatively fair. My last rental with AVIS was from the Desert Passage center, El Paso Texas and I am happy to say that Mr. Alex (with his Nephew-[forgot his name]) went above and beyond to makesure I got the right vehicle that met my needs.I will definitely be returning and highly recommend AVIS to anyone interested in saving money, comfort and safety, thanks guys.”
“I had my rental for a month due to repairs to my vehicle. This location worked with me on the upgrade fees and were very kind about extending the rental two times. I live 2 hours away in a small town and this Enterprise made it very easy to feel comfortable in the car. Logan, in particular, extended generosity when checking the car back in by giving me empathy. The vehicle was clean, smelled great and ran perfectly. I would highly recommend this location and Enterprise.”

“Sheyle and Rose Mary were so couteous and helpful during our pu and return. They took the time to get us the absolute best price on our rental. During our trip we considered extending our time and i went to the website but it was not working for some reason. I called their number and they were able to give me a number to corporate. The next day they called to make sure everything was good for us...that blew me away and thought how cool that was that they took the time to do that. I will definately consider using hertz again especially because of Sheyle and Rose Mary.”

“Excellent service ! I had no trouble booking and it was a last minute! The lady at the front desk is very helpful. They ask for a deposit, it’s returned when you take your rental back. My deposit was back in my back account a few hours after i took the rental back. I recommend this rental place to everyone !!!

“I've read the bad reviews and horror stories, but decided to try anyways and happy I did as I didn't want to go to the airport. To help anyone else out there on the fence, just know that there isn't a Hertz office or rep at the hotel, you have to book online. Below are my tips:
Hertz literally drops off the car to the hotel valet. You simply let the valet know you're there to pickup your car, they verify who you are and they hand over the keys!
Another tip: set your pickup time a few hours before you actually need it. I set my pickup time for 12pm knowing I really need it by 5pm. I'm suggesting this because the valets told me that Hertz delivery varies and a lot of times, don't meet the scheduled pickup time. Finally, when you drop off your car, simply go to the valet and they'll handle the rest!”
“2 issue the car I reserved was not there and gave me a car that should have gone to a shop it has rearend issues but other than that the wife and I survived ?hope it better next time it's all ?”

“This location had the nicest employees! Not overly chatty but very friendly and even helpful when we asked for recommendations for local places to eat. They were quick, kind, efficient, and always smiling; basically it felt like they didn’t hate their job. There was a midsize vehicle parked in our assigned spot, but they let us keep it even though we initially reserved a compact, which was really nice and helpful for our luggage! Vehicle was clean, absent of any weird smells, and was in good condition. Only hiccup was that there was no wiper fluid and we did a lot of driving so we had to clean the windshield when we stopped for gas, but it wasn’t a significant issue, just a lot of bug guts. Otherwise, there was barely any wait time, and the one time there was, they were apologetic and empathetic. I would definitely rent at this location again.”
