“Good day Local and International Travelers!!! I had the wonderful opportunity to rent a vehicle from the Gateway East West Side location a couple of days ago. My initial interaction was very negative, BUT we are not going to waste time focusing on the negative interaction at all. First of all, Mr Abel (one of the Managers at that location), took care of the negative issue and from that point on; everything went back to “business as usual” and Enterprise and more in particular; this very specific location, provided me with outstanding customer service, very professional, kind and great attention to detail. I have been renting vehicles with Enterprise for over 35 years now and other companies; but Enterprise seems to always be spearheading the industry when it comes to car rental’s. We had no issues whatsoever with the vehicle, the check in and check out process, everything went very smooth and since we were located within the mile radius of the rental location; I asked kindly to see if they would be able to give us a ride back to our residence and they did!!! Mr Abel and Giovanni who drove us back home were very professional, kind, attentive and customer service oriented, it has been extremely rare that I have encountered a negative experience with an Enterprise employee and most of the times, the issue is quickly resolved and it is due to a simple misunderstanding, having a bad day; BUT we must always remember and specially in the customer service industry; we cannot afford to have a bad day and we have to strive every single time to treat our customers with the outmost respect, courtesy and professionalism and that is what you get a this location all the time!!! THANK You kindly for another wonderful experience.

“Excellent service ! I had no trouble booking and it was a last minute! The lady at the front desk is very helpful. They ask for a deposit, it’s returned when you take your rental back. “I've read the bad reviews and horror stories, but decided to try anyways and happy I did as I didn't want to go to the airport. To help anyone else out there on the fence, just know that there isn't a Hertz office or rep at the hotel, you have to book online. Below are my tips:
Hertz literally drops off the car to the hotel valet. You simply let the valet know you're there to pickup your car, they verify who you are and they hand over the keys!
Another tip: set your pickup time a few hours before you actually need it. I set my pickup time for 12pm knowing I really need it by 5pm. I'm suggesting this because the valets told me that Hertz delivery varies and a lot of times, don't meet the scheduled pickup time. Finally, when you drop off your car, simply go to the valet and they'll handle the rest!”

“National Rental is way better than most rental car companies. They do operate mostly with businesses, but their customer care and vehicle options are much better. The fact that you can go pick from the isle that belongs to your tier gives a lot of flexibility. Wait times are negligible. The El Paso rental center had better cars in the Emerald Isle. I understand the higher tiers usually have better cars. But to see good cars in the Emerald Isle is so consoling. Had to drive a lot during the rental period. It helped having a good car. Also, having the rental garage close to airport made it super easy and fast. Pleasant faces around the garage to help us navigate. Great experience overall.”
