“I really liked National car rental's excellent customer service at the El Paso Airport location :) Everyone from the front counter (where I checked in with Jennifer for my online car rental reservation) to Marisol and also 2 male employees upon choosing a rental car in the parking structure, to the male employee at the exit gate were awesome :D ! They all really made sure that I was well taken care of :) ! At first, I actually wanted to rent a brand new white 2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid :) ! I got all of my bags and items into the car and I was ready to check out when I noticed that it didn't seem to take my USB charging cord. I read the manual to make sure I didn't miss anything. Finally, I asked one of the male employees, who pointed out to me that the newer rental cars now only have the USB-C ports (and not the regular USB ports anymore). He said I would need an adapter to be able to charge my device on this new car. I was dismayed because I actually really wanted to try out the new 2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid. But I only had the regular USB charging cord :( . The National male employee was really nice and pointed out some other rental cars, such as a burgundy Nissan Altima, that would allow me to charge since they still had the regular USB port. So I rented the Nissan Altima instead :) ! It still served me really well and I was still really happy that the Altima got me around town :D ! Upon returning the Altima yesterday at the conclusion of my trip, the employee who checked my return was really efficient, and also really friendly and courteous :) ! I will definitely rent National again in the future for future trips :) ! Their cars are very polished and so clean :D ! I was pretty happy overall with both the exceptional customer service and the awesome quality of the available car rentals :) !”

“This is the most friendly rental car office we've ever been to! Lynn was kind and very professional, she help us to get a SUV we wanted, and make the rental process very smooth. Tony was friendly and made the return process so easy, then Pio gave us a ride to airport right away. Another lady chatted with us while we were waiting in the office. Everybody was so warm and friendly and we will definitely rent car here again when we come to El Paso.”

“Wonderful experience. Best experience with a car rental place actually. The insurance company sent me here for a car rental after a car accident. When i got there i expected to get the car the insurance had set out for me but the guy in the front (I cant remember his name) asked me if i would like to get a SUV since my car in the shop was a SUV and he called the insurance company got me a bigger car! Which i wasn't expecting but definitely appreciated. After having the car for 2 weeks he called me and advised me that they would retire the car i was driving and if i wanted to change it for a newer model. When my car was ready they drove me to the shop. Great customer service. I will be recommending this place.”

“This could have been a disaster but it turned out great. I booked a car from Travelocity but when I arrived they told me they didn’t have any cars. I was ticked off! But the manager said “Take this upgrade car at the discount price instead!” So it all worked out! My one quibble is that it can be hard to get them to answer their phone - don’t call the number on Google maps (they have a different number that works better).”

“Alamo at El Paso Airport is affiliated with National and Enterprise. The cars are clean, smell fresh and in mint condition. Danny Araiza inside terminal at Alamo counter is efficient, professional and courteous. Upstairs, JJ walked me to my Camry and made sure I knew where all the gadgets were and how to start keyless ignition. Thifty has fish funk smelling autos. BUT ALAMO/NATIONAL/ENTERPRISE HAS THE FINEST AND CLEANEST CAR RENTALS.”

“I usually have a good experience renting cars in El Paso. Same this time around when I rented with Enterprise. Gabriella helped me at the counter and got me out of there super quick.I was offered an upgrade in the garage and the guy was so patient cause I couldn’t decide lol, but I’m actually glad I did it unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. I loved the car and it was super clean. Sabrina also was very nice and helpful when I returned the vehicle. I had no issues getting back to the return lot. It’s very easy to get around the airport. “Class of '02 here, they called us the worst class they'd ever had, I don't blame them, with the 3 or 4 fights during lunch and after school daily, not counting food fights, I'm surprised they didn't close it down. Security Guard Mike survived a few of those, even though it would have been better if he'd just let them tire themselves out before interfering. We barely got a graduation, I'm sure they only passed us so that we wouldn't be their problem anymore. I did bump into a couple of my teachers and apologized in behalf of all of us, they said that thanks to us, the rest of their career was smooth sailing. Not all schools are bad, and don't blame the staff if you think they are, if you knew what they've been through I'm sure you'd feel the same way.”

“Josue at Advanrage defined a number of confusing charges. Corporate needs to do a better job explaining to debit card customers how it works and need to have a guide with a timeline and expectation of charges. Not local agencies fault, Josue was patient in explaining charges to me. Also waved drop off fee which is appreciated during Covid-19”
