Wait time of over 35 min to verify a check that comes from their bank and there are 2 tellers with no people in line !! How do you run an establishment like this ? And they wonder why I don’t want to open an account . This place is a joke !

Poor customer service especially from the front reception, denied me cashing a check that is from this bank because I don’t have an account and was cashed numerous times before!! Also teller should have common courtesy and not interrupt my question. No wonder this branch has poor reviews I saw it first hand!
