Josue was really helpful! I was going to close the account because I was sick of getting charged the monthly fees , but he informed me I shouldn’t be charged if I had direct deposit. He was able to change it for me and also refund me a little of the fees! I guess I’ll stay for now😅

Best bank in El Paso they have made deposits and withdraws easier to make.
