Picking up the rental was quick. The Budget counter was closed so I had to go to the Avis counter to pick up. Rose was very helpful and friendly. She made it easy to check out. Got went i reserved for and it was a good vehicle to get around in.

My experience was first rate. From check-in to drop off. Everything about the experience was first rate. I’m grateful for the pleasant experience as I visited El Paso to attend my father’s funeral.

Very helpful and cordial staff. I had initially requested a vehicle with Texas plates (not one with out of town plates) and was accommodated as soon as a supply of cars returned became available. Thank you David!Rose from Chicago

Worst rent car in the world. I rented a car and since they decided to rent all of their cars, they tried to put me in a 15 passenger vehicle. I ended up canceling my reservation and took an Uber while the attendant didn’t give a Damm about it.

Made a reservation well in advance for a large suv to seat seven people. When we arrive they offer us a five-seat vehicle or a minivan. Why did I bother to “reserve” a car anyway?

Painfully slow only has one person working mind you there’s like 15 people in line and the person behind the desk, then answers her phone and talk to her friend about some sort of dress one we’re waiting and it’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Had to wait about 45 minutes just to get a car that I already had pre-paid for.

I was on a late flight for the night that got delayed coming out of Atlanta. I pre-registered and had a reservation with my flight information on the reservation. I arrived to the budget desk at 11:04 p.m. and there was no one at the desk, all the lights out!! There was a young lady at the airport, and I hate that I did not get her name, she extended her kindness to me by walking around with me and calling trying to get someone at the desk for nearly 30 minutes. Hertz rental had someone at the desk that was getting ready to leave for the night, because he waited on his registered guest arriving on delayed flights. He accommodated me without a reservation. I'm very grateful. Budget do better!!

I had a reservation. The desk was closed. I had to wait in a long line at another desk. Calling did nothing. They don't pick up the phone. I got three operators in God-knows-where. They asked me the same questions three times and told me they were sure the desk was open for business. It was not.A few days later when I was flying back home, they had taken away the desk entirely. It's almost like they don't want customers.I reserved a small car and got a mid-size. I asked if they had anything else: a mini-van, they said.Try another vendor, not Budget. They can't be bothered to be open and service their customers. I'm not renting from them again.

Horrible service. I have a minor difference in my name between drivers license and credit card and they refused to honour my rental. I ended up using a different company with no issue. I’ve rented cars all over the world and this was the first time these documents weren’t accepted. I was literally told to take a bus by the manager. Crazy. I’m expecting a full refund and Budget should have to pay for the price difference.

Not the local employee’s fault but, the cars are getting older and older plus they’re not being maintained well. To top it all off, the prices only keep climbing.
