Absolutely terrible customer service, they made every excuse under the sun to not rent a car to me when my company had already paid for it and I’ve never had a problem renting from them before. Don’t rent through them. Literally go through any other rental company.

Be very careful! We left an item in our car and it wasn't returned / we weren't allowed to retrieve it. The car and rental process went well but THERE ARE NO BUDGET EMPLOYEES it is all though Avis. You can not contact a Budget employee.

I've always had a great experience renting through Budget. Vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition. They always give me free upgrades and the rental process is always simple to do online. The staff is always friendly and makes the pick-up/return process simple.
