Horrific and unethical buisness practices. How dare you lock me out of my own account for a basic transaction. Gave me misinformation regarding the situation. Completely uncalled for and unacceptable behavior. Would not recommed to anyone. Shame on you Charles Schwab!

Absolutely the WORST!I have accounts at 2 other brokerage companies. I never have issues with them.At Schwab, nobody has any clue what is going on. If you ask the same question of 5 different people, you will get 5 different answers, and they will probably all be wrong. The level of incompetence is truly unbelievable!
