“Shopping can be stressful and exhausting. Especially when you’re dealing with tech issues and/or trying to maneuver business on broken or outdated tech. As overwhelmingly crowded as it is, that didn’t take from the exceptional service we received. We came to the store over a period of three days and had to have two items completely replaced (pain free process) and we ended up purchasing a brand new Mac Pro as well. All because the staff and manager took their time to explain options and take the guesswork out of having to pick what was best for our needs. Thank you for taking care of us. So, in case of visible scratches or any other damages to the Screen Best Buy will change the screen at no extra charges. This is really an incredible value.
