“As a customer, You expect to get what you pay for. But in rare instances there are places that you can get more than what you pay for! This is one of those places!! The staff from the top to the bottom is consistently engaging and polite , despite the difficulties that my personality sometimes presents! It is easy to tell when somebody is trying to be polite, when they're not trying all and when It comes from inside! Corporations and enterprises across America have lost the true value of an associate that can provide great customer service, consistently and most importantly authenticity! The overall importance and appreciation of the customer is never lost at EZ PAWAN HUNTER!! I have been to this location countless times and in comparison to any other pawnshop.This location is in a class of their own!!! Whenever I visit, I always receive more task for my items than anywhere else, but more importantly Then the money is The experience! “Today I came into Metro store at Sunland park park and Mesa beforehand I called the store a week before and spoke with a nice young man named Muhammad who basically informed me that I could get two phones brand new and two lines for 65 a month. I waited until my time with another carrier was paid and then I came into the store and saw Muhammad in person at 10:00 a.m. when the store opened and Muhammad greeted me with open arms and the handshake and we discussed his plan that I mentioned above. He mentioned that all the photos and phone numbers and things on my old phones would be transferred to the new phones. We both accomplished that bye bye 1:00 p.m. because of the sheer volume a photographs and phone numbers there were some technical difficulties with my Facebook account but we saw that. I left the store with two brand new phones fully functional and with both Facebook applications running perfectly due to his professionalism and his patience. I am very pleased with the new plan we have and I am very pleased with Mr Muhammad and I feel that he is the person that God sent in our life to do this phone transaction. Please make him the office manager and give him a raise because he deserves it”

“My wife and I went into the T-Mobile store on McCrae Boulevard in El Paso, Texas today. We were immediately greeted by multiple associates. Victor asked how he could help us. We advised him we were going to Europe and asked about coverage and an eSIM card. He told us we would have unlimited data coverage and would not need an eSIM card. We just needed roaming enabled which he checked. He told us to use Messenger to connect with people back home as opposed to calling as that would be $0.25 per minute. Both of our screen protectors were cracked and he verified we had insurance and the replacements were free. He did a perfect replacement of the new protectors! Victor was very sweet, patient, and explained everything to us. Thank you Victor!!!!”

“I will say that I rarely go to Target because it's just not convenient as the other store. I did some price comparisons and Target is a bit more expensive for things that I might typically buy such as laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper, feminine products and grocery staples like milk,eggs, ground meat and bread were also anywhere from $1-4 more here. But one thing I did enjoy was the accessories and shoes. I didn't buy any but selection was nice. We bought a phone charger,tights, pens and a couple other school supplies. I know lots of people prefer Target. But honestly, it's a little out of budget for me. I just went there because we happened to go looking at Best Buy for laptops.”
