Terrible experience with employees. Obviously, a good salesperson will always try to offer more and sell more. However, it is totally unacceptable for them to lie to try to sell. They tried to give me false information about the plans (which I had previously read carefully) in order to sell me something more expensive. You can identify the habits of shady businesses, not those of a businessman.

Bought new phone from Cricket Aug. 6, 2021.Phone went bad after few days.Was asked to return under Warranty, was sent a refurbished, locked after DOWNLOADING updates.Returned to store and refused to exchange after paying for new one .Basically told I was screwed .Not even 30 days !

Needed to transfer my phone# to new phone from at&t and retailer wasn't able to merge the number so I ended having to get a new one, ones I talked to at&t customer service she explained that cricket was associated with at&t and no reason he wasn't able to retain old number. But cricket service is working very well and happy with the service!!!

This store is an absolute nightmare in fact criminal to deal with. First they lied and refused to replace my phone i dropped with the insurance which was sold to me at 7 a month and was told dropping the phone was the primary reason to get the insurance and when i finally do they back track and force me to pay 120 for a new 1. Then 3 weeks later the phone freezes and stops working i take it back and they immediately call me a liar and say i either dropped it or " dipped" it on water theyre words and would do nothing for me lest i buy another phone even though it was covered. When i told them i finally had enough and would sue them they physically chased me out the store and screamed " get the f out of our store absolutely astonishing. Also these people cant speak englishnew addition: let me be on record that these people have done nothing to resolve my matter. they are nothing but liars and thieves, and are prone to violence. I am collecting data from other horrified customers in the UTEP area as I have been there 5 years, and you need to utterly disregard the message from the owner.

Worst customer service, talked to Mr. Guadian and got nothing solved. He seems frustrated....he might need a girlfriend. Suggested to download tinder, but I just made it worse. Never coming back...unless he gets a chick and a better attitude.Thank you for wasting your time reading my review! ?

Fui a aser un pago y el que me atendio su nombre gino ,se robo mi dinero ni siquiera me dio recibo yno me fije por que queria comprar otro telefono y decia que tenia problemas con el sistema ,bueno resulto que no se realizo ningun pago y les marque y me dijieron que hablara a custumer service ,pero ahi me dijieron que no se habia pagado nada, tengo con que comprobar al manager por que nmas que revise las camaras y vera que les page en efectivo por eso tengan cuidado con estos rateros muertos de hambre.

Fernando was great. They give you honest information good deals and the best customer service out of any cricket store in El Paso. I will go out of my way to go to this store from now on.
