4 years ago a clerk called Bryan T. insulted my dad very badly just because my dad said that he was overcharged $25 when he bought a new phone, be careful with your customer service and don't hire gangsters as clerks, there are always many issues with this particular store

VERY CAREFUL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALSO VERY CONCERNED ABOUT RESOLVING PROBLEMS; BUT THE BAD THING IS THE OPERATION SYSTEM IS NOT GOOD AND THE BAD THING ABOUT THE BRANCH IS THAT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE COMPUTER WORKING WELL TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER
