Logan answered the phone, displayed no customer service at all. I had a question and was trying to explain to him and he didn’t care to hear me out or my concern. Very rude and disrespectful individual! Never going to this CVS again

Loyal for 12 years, and CVS drops my new insurance with zero consideration for customers. I had to move everything to Walgreens. This is how you lose long-time business.
