“I saw a pair of earrings in the case. However, the automated voice said that I couldn't be helped (in so many words). The line was too long as well. I left the store empty-handed.”
“I went in November to pickup 2 online orders on separate days. What I've noticed is that people were parking in the online pick up spots and just getting off the cars to shop. I tried parking and following the email instructions but they said I had to get off to go to counter. I expected the line to be long since there was allot of cars parked in pickup parking and I was wrong there was one person ahead of me in line and the other time it was completely empty. I was able to walk right to the counter. So that's one thing I think Macy's has to work on because what's the point of the pickup parking if it's not working and I still need to get off. Also nobody is overseeing the parking outside.”
“Khols quality of products and customer service stayed at its best even during the holidays. The store was organized just as it is throughout the year. I used Khols for all my holiday and birthday shopping. Every Khols in every city I visit gives the same atmosphere. I enjoy shopping at Khols.”
“Absolutely loved this Khol's because of Gloria Sanchez at Sephora. I hope she gets recognition from her higher ups. She was so sweet and helpful. It was actually my first time here and I will be back just because of her. She was also kind to my little ones. I always get nervous to go in make up stores because the way I view myself. “The best Ross in El Paso so far. Everytime I come in always a stacked men’s active clothing for me to get for the gym. The shoe selection is always stacked aswell and sometimes be getting the hoka shoes since they’re good for running. The staff are nice and helpful”

“Based on my experience here, I liked this store more than the other Marshalls locations in El Paso. The store was pretty busy when visited, so it was a bit messy. Customer service was really good. The cashier was very friendly and polite. Would come back again and would recommend this place.”
“Who would refuse Walmart's presentation of what it offers to the public, although you can find cheaper in other markets, here the product is impeccable and its price is acceptable, in everything and it has everything.”
“Walmart is my favorite store because it has products within reach of every budget, and they stock the store every day so there are fresh products. I love that the bathrooms are cleaned often, and the employees are very friendly. And if you want to entertain yourself a little, just sit on a bench at the entrance and you will see so many different people.”

“AMAZING STAFF! I was struggling to find a lip balm and a guy with curly hair stopped what he was doing just to help me find what I needed. Steven was the name on his tag, my mother is always here and says he’s always nice to her.”
“This is in my top 5 favorite dollar stores in El Paso! As someone who visits many dollar stores for things like candy, snacks, wrapping paper, birthday cards, and other basic stuff like that...this is a very, very good one! They normally have a pretty good stock of items whether it be everyday items or items needed for holidays (Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other big holiday) They have a big selection of candy, snacks, drinks, and food. Sometimes if you're lucky, you can find some funfetti pillsbury items that are usually like $3/$4 at places like Walmart (and no they aren't expired or even close to being expired). They have a huge variety of birthday birthday party stuff as well. From decorations, to wrapping paper, and cards. The one note I have is that they don't have many employees (and this is the case pre covid as well) and so the wait times are pretty long sometimes but other than that, it is a great dollar store!”
“Neighborhood Store In Desert End Shopping Plaza. Always a pleasant cashier. Store is cluttered with carts that block pathways, as they are always getting new things on the shelf and taking them off, to be expected. Has local favs, my fav is Mazapan, de la Rosa, Dulce De Cacahuate.”

“Line was waaaay toooo looking! Had to leave with out buying my single item I had in mind! Line went around the back of the store, clear up the isles and around the cashiers. What a shame. I think they should have cash lines, and, 1-3 items, etc.”
“An employee at our Customer Service took the time to fix my phone so that I could access the Target circle savings. Whenever I’d try it on my own I kept getting a message saying that my account couldn’t be found. This employee was so helpful and even showed me how to access these savings on my own. She was most friendly and helpful and never condescending!!! Thank you.”

He helped me find something and waited while i tried them on and brought different sizes to the dressing room so i didnt have to hunt them down.
