Bad communication. No customer service. They failed in everything and the only good thing is walk ins available and open weekends

Extremely disappointed was supposed to start with this Dr..... but I didn't even got to see him as the front desk staff showed zero concern about me in particular is May 8th got there at 10:59am..... full of people looks like a mob operation $$$ .... im glad to escape this place.

Incompetent staff that gets patients information incorrect and stating/providing other patients medical information to other patients in error which is a huge PHI violation. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
