“(I went to the location on the East Side) The specialists were so helpful and courteous. They were the only repair shop that would take in my IPad Air 3. Their prices are fair and the explain the breakdown of the price. They had to order parts for my repair, but it came in the next day and they got to work on it immediately. I was able to pick it up the same day. Wonderful customer service! Also, their location (again, the East side one) is not what's on the website. See the picture!”

“Called Mr. Han, on Labor Day 2023 and yes he answered the phone. Explained the issues with my tv and we made arrangements for an inhouse service call the follow day. He showed on time and took the tv to his shop. A couple of day later he called and gave me an estimate for the repair. With approval, part was ordered and TV was repaired in a few days later. Mr. Han did exactly what a good service provider should do. He returned my call, showed up on time and repaired the TV.I will definitely use him if needed.”
“My Mom got her phone here, and it has not worked for her since she brought it in for Servicing. A Sales Representative took her phone, deleted some stuff, and gave it back to her without any volume and the image disappears before she finishes dialing a phone number (screen time was reduced). I told her to take it back with a witness, and will be contacting the Police if they continue to abuse the Elderly, in the fashion that they don't understand technology, nor jargon about the usage and functions of a Cellphone. I told my Mom to take a Police Officer with her to get her phone back in working order as she may need it for an emergency, but cannot see the screen to dial 911. She is 92 years old. Treat her like she's 92 years old. Thank you!”
