“Absolutely love PCP Lorena Walker and her front desk associate Pablo and one other girl who picks up the phone some times. They are truly amazing and show they care and take the time to call you. There is some associates there in the front desk depending on the day that you would get bad customer service. I had a bad experience a couple of times when one of the girls and Pablo wasn’t there because they really make it amazing! If it wasn’t for Pablo and I wish I knew the girls name but she is a sweetheart she has nice lip fillers and a tattoo on her arm.”

“Pretty much a perfect score, except for things that cannot always be helped like getting on the line with the front desk asap and wait times. My experience has been a good one for years. Hendrix and Peñaranda are nice, the lab in-house is convenient. Some younger employees need more customer service skills. It’s a pretty nice/clean facility. The billing and front desk have always gotten back with me if there is a message left.”
