This location sucks ass taking almost 2 hours to fix my tire that had a little whole on it like for reals!!! it shouldn’t had taken that long to fix a leak. Even the personal! Very very rude…. never again.

The only reason I didn't put "1" on the survey is because of Alex. He seems to be the only guy there who does his job. This used to be my "go-to" for all my auto care but there has been a steady decline after Robert was moved to another location. I will probably just go there since I know I will receive excellent service.

The manager always tries to upsell me things I do not need. Well he did it again I went to get a leaky tire repaired then he tell me because my battery is a little low. When I told him I bought the battery with him a little over a year ago he changed his tune quick. I would have been out a few hundred dollars for no reason. It was super cold and that’s why it was a little low.

I called at 11:30 to get my car inspected - they got me in at 12:00. What I like about this place, is they ALWAYS look up and greet you. They hardly act like too many “car service” places that act like they’re doing you a favor to work on your car. You know what I mean! I’ve been there 3 times - they are constantly friendly, they complete the work on time and they do what they said they will do. The manager is a super nice guy - and you can tell - all of the employees seem happy! Well done. Thx.

Went there because my radiator has a leak. They told me they needed to run a pressure text and do a vehicle inspection. When they contacted me about the radiator leak, they wanted to charge me an additional 1,154plus a radiator flush for an additional 79 dollars. After determining this was a high price for a radiator that cost 310 dollars. I decided to go elsewhere, so they charged me 114 and change, to tell me I had a leaking radiator. Then on top of that I had to go back and recover a shield that they didn't put back on the front of my care. Very bad experience, definitely would never recommend any service from them. I had a coupon for an oil change where I didn't read the fine print that it only covers the first 5 quarts. Yes, that's on me but the technician could have informed me that the additional quart would be $25. Close to have the cost of the 5 qts with the coupon. When I finally pick up my vehicle I found it full of oil on the steering wheel, door panels and door handle. Careless of the technicians to clean up or avoid dirting it. In the end mediocre service, not sure I will return or recommend.

Went in for a state inspection. I knew there were a couple things that needed work, but when I asked how it went, they were very misleading, letting me think it had failed the inspection and needed hundreds of dollars in repairs, when actually it had passed just fine. I will get the work on it done elsewhere.

Not happy with the service this time...I dont believe I shouldve been charged for the diagnosis after being there a couple of weeks and having my car checked and new tires put on and a lt more expensive work done. Then this time they charge me and the noise from the left front of the vehicle is makin ga horrible noise as though they did not check or replace the boot on this side.

The three stars are because the did change the two tires I came in for. It took over 3 hrs to change two tires. 2 hr wait (I understood that) and over 1.5 hr to do the job. Once complete they told me they broke the TPMS. Now my vehicle doesn’t register the tire pressure in one tire. I was told to come back if it doesn’t, so I’ll have to revisit.
After revisiting, they were able to get the TPMS to read. Blamed it on my vehicle though. Said the TPMS programmer wasn’t working on it and they had to dig into the computer to set them up. It has have been working well since then. 3.5 stars if I could.
Pros:
1. Job was done that I asked.
Cons:
1. They broke my TPMS in the process.
2. 1.5 hr wait for two tires. They were doing other jobs in between mine.
3. I had to return for them to finish fixing the TPMS.
