Not helpful at all. I usually transfer from my paycard to my account every week in different 1NB locations and they always do it as a usual transaction, yet in this location for some reason it was unusual and they were "unable" to do it? Waste of my time.

I find nothing wrong with the app. I use it all the time. The people and service are great. The banks are everywhere across the nation.
