Goodwill, a popular thrift store, offers a mixed experience for its customers. While some reviewers praise the good selection and prices, others express disappointment with the store's operations. The staff is described as lacking in graciousness and enthusiasm, with cashiers and managers often appearing displeased. Customers also note that the store no longer provides hangers with purchases, a small but noticeable change. Large collection of CDs. However, the store is insanely messy. Clothes are overpriced.
