The people here don't look like they like to work here, this includes the cashier and the manager. They don't smile, they give you discounts with sour faces and the prices are not good-will at all. It's like shopping at a regular store. And they don't give you the hangers with your purchases like in all other retail stores. They seem to be non-gracious, as if forgetting that everything they have, including their jobs, comes from people giving unto them. I pray the spirit of gratefulness comes into this store through a Spirit-led person and teaches them how it's done.

I went in today and I'm shocked to see how expensive it is. They upcharge used items 3x the original price. Dollar tree items with tag still intact (1.25) for 4.99, used plain shirt for $10.

Absolutely awful service. And when I was trying to talk to somebody about the restrooms. Not properly locking because somebody walked in on me. I was left with well. There's nothing I can do from an employee at the store. Do not recommend shopping.

This good will mostly is a RIP OFF sometimes they have decent prices but they are selling things that are from the DOLLAR TREE FOR 3x THE PRICE, Also electronics that go for 10$ on eBay and selling 3x the price I love good will for thrifting but this store is getting out of hand.

It smelled SO bad. Made me nauseated. The prices are ridiculous. They are donated clothes, why are they charging the same as Ross and DDS?! I was extremely uncomfortable to see a camera on top of a Changing Room. Would LOVE to see where they point that camera! It was super creepy. Never returning to this particular establishment. They need a whole new management.
