“Great inventory, friendly, and helpful. Picked up my new firearm and got a holster custom-made by Axelotl Holsterworks on the spot, which took less than 30 minutes to pick up my gun and walk out with a new custom (comfortable) holster. Highly recommend.”

“I recently brought my Smith & Wesson to Drake Fine Sporting Arms in El Paso for a cleaning and an FFL transfer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. All three staff members I dealt with were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The cleaning on my Smith & Wesson was excellent, and the FFL transfer was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Everything was handled smoothly and organized from start to finish. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back to Drake Fine Sporting Arms and highly recommend them for any gunsmithing or transfer needs in El Paso. They are better than going to some of those big box stores and even though I live further away from them than other stores it’s worth the drive and the professionalism.”

“Absolutely THE best FFL dealer in El Paso. You want quality firearms for an absolute steal? This is your guy. Father/Son operation that is top notch! Have a vision, specific firearm, ammo? This guy will get it for you and give you a great deal. I don't buy anywhere else. If you're a constant consumer I promise he doesn't miss.”

“I could not ask for a better experience. These gentlemen are highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Their store is clean, their product is amazing, and the results speak for themselves. I've had them cerakote two of my rifles, fully modify my Glock, and I just dropped off a third rifle to be cerakoted. If you are looking for top quality work these are the type of skilled craftsmen you want. I look forward to getting into one of their CZ Shadow platforms. Best resource in the southwest in my opinion.”

“We visited this place for the first time and took the gun handling course! We felt comfortable right from the start, and everything was explained to me in precise detail. As a woman shooting a gun for the first time, it was an incredible experience; I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to try shooting—come here and take the course.”

“I had to leave a review because i saw someone named Dr Shrimp left one that didn't even make sense. I have been shoping here for years and it's by far the best gun store in the city. Good customer service, good prices, and if they sell you something they will go out of their way to help if you have an issue. The other review stuck out to me because it wasn't a comparable description of anyone at the store. I guess he got mad that someone carried a revolver? I just dont think that a review is a place for personal attacks.”

“After an amazing phone call with an employee and the owner to help me with my refund with an incident that I was over charged by accident I’m editing my post cause they made things better. I was able to get my money back with no issues. Definitely a great shop to work with and they do also have a nice inventory selection. 5/5 worth to stop by and see what they have and say hi to the guys”
