“Store is fine, but the Easter photo process is a mess. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it? They let walk-ins go first.
I arrived at 3:22 for a 3:30 appointment, staff was on lunch until 3:30. Photos didn’t start until 3:40. There were no signs for lines, so I got in the wrong one and had to start over behind five families who arrived after me. And even then, they still took non-appointments first. Total waste of time. I finally had my picture taken at 4:00 pm.”
