Jesse took his time and recommended me some great new woods they make in house. 2 brand new clubs for about the same price as 1 used taylormade. I liked the grip on 1 and jesse regripped the other for free. Definitely will be going back.”

“We dropped by to pick up uniforms for the kids' school activities. It was a good experience and I am not surprised with the success of this shop.
We were greeted by Grand Master Armando, who has been practicing, instructing and supporting martial arts in EP for over many years.
He sized the kids for their uniforms and answered there many questions with patience that marked his many years as an instructor.
The store was full of gear and GM Armando shared information with us to be successful. All I had to mention was the school's name and that was enough to get us all that we needed.

“Had to make a second trip to the store because I forgot to grab a backpack for one of my kids. Ended up being helped by the same young man as yesterday—slender guy with tattoos. Super impressed by how he handled a tough situation right before me. There was an elderly woman being pretty rude and impatient (totally not his fault), and he dealt with her with total grace and patience. Didn’t lose his cool once. That’s top-tier customer service right there. Young man deserves some recognition!”
“Store is fine, but the Easter photo process is a mess. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it? They let walk-ins go first.
I arrived at 3:22 for a 3:30 appointment, staff was on lunch until 3:30. Photos didn’t start until 3:40. There were no signs for lines, so I got in the wrong one and had to start over behind five families who arrived after me. And even then, they still took non-appointments first. Total waste of time. I finally had my picture taken at 4:00 pm.”

“yesterday june 16 i walked inside wss on fox plaza shopping center looking for the mexico jersey .employee, Alejandro Ramos was very helpful and showed me the ones they had , and luckily he found the one i was looking for .He demonstrated a customer-first mindset . “Finish Line always has fresh kicks. They even stock Jordan's, which is a plus! The value is spot on as they often have sales and off military discount- always a bang for my buck. So value of a dollar goes further here. For me anyways. Service is friendly and not too pushy. They always have stuff in my size and have some decent athletic clothes too”
