Hollister Co. has a nice worker who is friendly and helpful, and a sweet girl with curly pretty hair who helped pick clothes. The environment is clean. However, the floor sometimes feels understaffed, with two females with accents behind registers chatting. Customers can walk out with merchandise for free. A return was met with attitude when the customer declined exchanging for more merchandise. Sales associates are dry and rude, with no mention of sales or perks. Stick to online ordering or visit the cielo vista location.
Visited the store for my tween, not my favorite place however the experience was made so much better by Daniela. Her knowledge of the product and ability to locate stock in store and online was impressively efficient. Great job Daniela, employees like you are hard to come by!

Today a nice worker named Alex helped me with picking out a jacket. He was really friendly and helpful, I hope next time I go I'll get to talk to him again.
