“Service is unfriendly but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the vast inventory they have. The service is not too shabby but not welcoming either. The restroom was very stinky they should consider an automated air freshener. Very closed off and the walls the material the smell sticks a lot. They don’t have many toy selections. But in clothes they have a lot of selections. The cashiers were fast. The parking is ample but dangerous people drive crazy in this shopping center you have to watch your four at all times.”
“Just like any other Ross but I personally find it less exciting than others. However, I do recommend you go and visit. Things vary and they don't last. Neat things to go find out for yourself. I recommend.”

It is a little gem catering to those with eclectic taste and then some - their earrings are just phenomenal and absolutely adorable i’ve never really seen earrings like these and they not too heavy and each pair make an outfit just pop because all the earrings are just so out of the norm and some of them are actually made with 24 karat gold !I am also IN LOVE with the MUSEUM BEE Plaques !!! ? I first ordered some soap from them, and as the years pass, I just kept ordering different items. I live in Florida, and although they’re in Texas, once in a few moons they will send me video’s of the NEW MUSEUM BEE’s and I think that’s just the BEES KNEES ☺️ ? that makes me feel special whoever makes these are brilliant and has eclectic taste, just like the customers they cater to - I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who loves different things out of the norm, and likes to step out into the eclectic fun life that God intended - I just read that they were opening a new spot, and I wish them all the best ! ☺️ Godspeed to their new endeavors and God bless them”

“I'm sure I'll regret telling y'all this- but this is the only place in town I can find gift bags with the little name tags on them instead of having to buy them separately.
The staff has been very kind, fast and upbeat every time we've gone here. It's a small-ish location for a Ross, and the toy section is just a few shelves, but everything else always seems to have great options, though the size range seems kind of limited here, more than other locations.”

“I went in today on my lunch hour and was immediately greeted by Madison. She was extremely helpful. I was in search of a specific shirt I had seen online and normally I don't ask for help but because of her kindness, I did this time and THANK GOODNESS. There was one more shirt left that I had completely missed. She guided me straight to it and even suggested another super cute top. She is an exemplary employee. She was the only one I witness actually interacting with customers and I could not thank her more. Thank you Madison! :)”
“This post is a bit late but wanted to give a shout out to Michael for his exceptional customer service during the holidays. He initially helped me get some merchandise off the top shelf then I encountered him again at checkout. I was being checked out by a rude cashier, Frida, was her name I believe. I had two shopping carts overflowing with merchandise and she insisted on trying to keep cramming things into one flimsy bag. I asked her to use more bags and double bag due to the amount I had. I had a big holiday stuffed nutcracker which she didn’t bag. Michael was at the register next to her witnessing the poor customer service and offered to bag the item and apologized for the cashier. I was unaware when leaving that you couldn’t take the cart out so it locked and started beeping. Other employees were hollering at me that I couldn’t take the cart out yet didn’t come to help. I felt uncomfortable leaving two full carts of merchandise alone while I got my car. Michael finished his customer and then came to my aide by watching my stuff while I pulled up to the front. Michael really went out of his way to help and I truly appreciated it!! 5 stars for Michael, but docked one due to extremely rude cashier.”
