Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Clarissa in customer service when trying to give a payment to my kohls card. I walked up and I couldn't even see where she was, didn't address me to let me know she could help me where she was standing at or anything. It was my first time giving a payment and she didn't walk me through anything or let me know anything. She seemed rather frustrated and continued to be rude checking her watch as if it was a bother to assist me. This whole experience made me want to cancel my card and not shop here again. I let the manager on duty know the issue to which the manager did nothing as she kept questioning me how Clarissa was rude... I simply just let her know she was rude and she lacks customer service. She should be trained a little more on how to properly attend to customers as it's called customer service. Thank you.

Long lines. No one at customer service desk but said it was open. Asked for assistance at a register for help with online pick up and was not helped.

They are now bullying you into a credit card and that makes me mad. You can still use your phone number for rewards but you cannot make payments in your account online anymore.

Female manager is very rude. All employees that I made contract with were friendly. Manager need to be replaced at this store. Or get trained by the employees on how to respect and talk to customers.

I hate their misleading advertising. All their coupons exclude name brand products (read small print). If all products (Name Brand, Appliances, Household) were included in coupons (40% off) we would shop here more. Sales floor service is horrible. Lines are always long.

Just had a bad experience at this location. Was using the restroom and the lights went off so i was waiting for someone to turn them on when they walked inside. (Mind you they had went off within 10mins). The cleaner had gone in with no acknowledgment didn’t say anything. I finished my business, and immediately was being mean mugged the whole way through and was assuming I was doing something wrong when all I was doing was using the restroom. I felt threatened. I didn’t know Kohl’s treated their customers this way will not be coming back .
