Customer Service is horrible.
Older lady really needs to get fired. She's rude, unprofessional and acts like she did us a favor by purchasing. How unfortunate for a business to have people like this and not do anything about it.
Will definitely be losing customers.

Had an VIP appointment at 4pm for the Ragazza event waited till 5pm asked an employee and they told me there was still 3 girls ahead. I get it girls trying out dresses takes time but they need to be more organized and specially if they make you an appointment. Lost a client.
