Tried to return moving boxes. Didn't have my receipt and they wouldn't give store credit. The boxes literally have "Lowes" written on them. Should have gone to Home Depot.

Went this past Saturday to my first ever DIY kids workshop with my 2 little ones. (mind you I made a 25 minute trip to get there) Signed up and everything ahead of time just to show up and we were not given aprons. Even if we had email confirmation/registration. I was told “they didn’t order enough” & it was “first come first serve.” Then was also advised I had to be registered in order to get one. Which I advised back I was, that’s why I even registered in the first place. And was just given same response of, they ran out or whatever the case was. My point is don’t even bother registering with the classes just show up first to be guaranteed the apron! Trying again next month but different location. Hoping for a better turn out.

Worst experience ever. I asked for help in the blinds department and I approached an employee who told me that they would be sending someone to aisle 6 to assist and I waited about 15 minutes and no one arrived. I then approached another employee who told me they would send someone and I waited another 20 minutes and no one arrived. If the person who works blinds was at lunch or something, they could have just stated that because I understand that people need breaks and I could have left and came back later.
I also purchased a mop set and the box was torn so I asked a sales clerk at the register if they had anymore of the mop set and her answer was "the box is broken but the inside is fine." Considering the fact that the box wasn't fully opened to inspect, her answer was really just an assumption. I asked her if they had any more and she told me I can go check on aisle 30 if I wanted to. The fact that I couldn't even get basic customer service is very disappointing.

Waited 15 mins for help getting a Dewalt battery and no one could help me. No manager in sight and everytime I would ask an associate they all said the same thing it's not my department.

I was unable to receive store credit for 3 items that are in their system. I purchased these items recently and unfortunately not able to find the receipt. Their return policy will definitely make me think twice from shopping at Lowe’s. Get familiar with it, if you’re going to shop here.

Wonderful service today at Home Depot. Plenty of personnel about to help with getting plant pots, answering questions about lightbulbs, and having a real person check me out.
Went to this Lowe’s to look for a bonsai pot.
Walked past plants and stand inside store and could not find a soul to help me get a stand at the back of the bottom shelf.
Went outside to check for large stone pot. And could not find a soul to help me lift 20lb pot into basket.
Saw discount display of fertilizers. Took 3 different kinds. Only 1 had a price. Could not find worker to help.
Went to look for lightbulbs. No one anywhere to help me with questions about best to put under plastic bag to protect potted plant from dropping temperatures.
Gave up search and went to check out. One person, Zaida to help all self checkout stands. No cashier to ring up order. Waited in line for 5 min for Zaida to finish with person in front of me.
Let other people pass me to do self checkouts but I still needed help. Finally my turn. Zaida got me started and darted off to another customer. She never came back. I was left fumbling with check out. Went over to Zaida and she was so busy with same customer that she did not even have courtesy to acknowledge my presence there.
Walked around her till I could read her half hidden name tag.
Tired of standing around, I left the half finished transaction and left the store.
Very poor planning to be sooooo understaffed on a weekend!

The product that they delivered was damaged and it wasn’t even the right one. When I went to the store they entered the wrong item number. There is always new people at that Lowe’s and when you need help you need to go to the service desk to ask for help because they are no workers on the floor. That store is terrible! I had to wait for my refund to go back try to my card so I couldn’t purchase another range at another store cause it was gonna take a while to get my funds back. Terrible service!

This store consistently refuses to open up all of the registers and it results in the line backing up
Into the main aisle. The management is aware of the issue but refuse to open it because they do t want to allocate another employee to watch the additional registers. This is a prime example of terrible management.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Amber in customer service is rude and unprofessional. They treat people like hot dog water. Worst service in the city.

I shop at this Lowe’s a lot, and my overall impression is that the staff is great but the administration is not. My most recent experience was the worst, a flooring project to replace the flooring in my bedrooms. Unless you have a lot of time I don’t recommend buying flooring from Lowe’s. I ordered my product on November 15 and got an email saying everything would be delivered November 29, but after that the service went downhill. The Lowe’s installation line people said my product was at the store and the store couldn’t seem to find it. If it weren’t for Manager Rick Melia and Customer Service staffer Amber, I still don’t think I would have my product - thank you for tracking it down for me (twice!!) And thank you to Austin who brought the last item to my house that we were missing for installation tomorrow. I’ve purchased flooring from Lowe’s before and it went much better- and I was living in another state at the time! I hope they can get it together, the products are good quality. Also I appreciate the service from Appliances- I’ve purchased three in the last year and all went smoothly. Talk to Crystal if you can, she’s the best!
