Finding the part needed was a little hard to find. I did ask an associate for some help but He showed that he didn't work in the plumbing department and that he was just putting returned items back where they go. Otherwise I did find the exact part I needed and it fit and worked well.

The team in the W. El Paso Lowe's go above expectations to take care of the customers. Especially the flooring and paint team. If you have questions, they have honest answers with no pressure to make a sale.
