I went for parts for air conditioner, a motor, pads, and much more. But they sent me with menny parts that didnt fit. Please get someone, who knows what they are telling you about air conditioners. I made menny trips back ank fourth, last time i go there for parts.

We purchased a samsung washer and dryer, we were told we would get a rebate if both were purchased. The rebate was denied and management never returned or received calls. Not to mention we paid for equipment to be installed and they didn't install it correctly. We had to pay to get it fixed. Again no response from management.

I bought a set of washer and dryer been waiting for it when they said they will deliver the exact day ...they never show up nor called me been waiting at home for that day and nothing very bad delivery need to improve on that

This lowes reminded me why i keep my comercial business at home depot, stopped to get some igloo coolers , asked 3 times for help to get them unlocked, all the guy did was radio that i needed customer assistence with nobody showing up all 3 times, more than 30 minutes until I gave up.

Stopped in for concrete bags. Not one platform cart in sight. All the lumber carts are in terrible shape, scattered all over the parking lot. Y’all need new carts, do better!

We purchased a carpet cleaner for $350, and it went on sale for $319 within 5 days of buying it. When we went to the store for a price adjustment (under the Lowe’s ‘30 day price guarantee’), we were told we needed to bring the vacuum in (no box or anything else, JUST the vacuum) so we had to drive all the way across town back home and return to the store. No barcode or verification of the vacuum was done for the vacuum itself. I need someone from management to contact me to discuss why this was necessary. Had this been a refrigerator, washer/dryer I would have had to return to the store with a major appliance as well? What if it was a storm door? I’d have to remove the door from my house and return it to the store for a PRICE ADJUSTMENT?! Also, she refunded the entire amount and then made us repurchase it at the sale price rather than just credit the difference, so now I’m waiting on the $350 back to my card. Do better!

If I worked in my job the way these employees at this Lowe’s I know I’d be looking for a job! no costumer assistant called 3 times no one ever showed up either because they don’t know anything of home repairs or they just lazy 🤦🏻♂️ never coming to this Lowe’s ever again

My husband and I went to Lowe's looking to buy a door and have it installed. Jacob Rodriguez was very nice and easy to work with at first. We paid the $35 deposit. The "professional independent contractor" they sent to have the door measured was hours late and took his measurements in 5 minutes. We never heard back from Lowes for several days and called the number on Jacob's business card multiple times and left multiple messages. We returned to the store. We clicked the help button at the door/window service desk multiple times and no one came. We finally went to the main customer service desk. Two other employees finally met at the door service desk after waiting for 45 minutes. They said they had no idea how to use the Lowe's system, called a manager who also had no clue, and then called another employee at home. It was then determined that the so-called professional had missed a door measurement and would need to come back. We never heard back and had the door replaced by someone else and Jacob refused to return our original deposit, despite all the mistakes being on Lowes' end. I will never return to Lowe's for any sort of install services and definitely will never pay them any sort of deposit again! In addition, I have never been there and ever seen an actual person at the check out registers, only self-checkout. Go out of your way to go the Home Depot on Zaragoza!
EDITED TO ADD THAT I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER PROVIDED AND "JODI-ANN" TOLD ME THAT THE PROJECT WAS MARKED COMPLETED BY LOWE'S SO THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME ANY REFUND.
