The east side Lowe’s on Montana is a clean and organized store, noted as a go-to place. The service and the courteousness of the staff are very good, with associates who are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Customers report that staff actually care, resolving issues promptly and assisting with loading purchases. Multiple associates are often available to offer help. In contrast, the store off of George Dieter is described as a hot mess and dirty, where associates are nowhere to be found or do not provide any type of customer service. At times, some employees seem annoyed to assist, and help request systems may not work, requiring customers to seek out personnel. However, many find the staff in departments like flooring, plumbing, and returns to be nice and helpful. Customers persevere and find what they need, from large patio furniture to grills and paint, making the Montana location their preferred choice.
Why is it always a wait in self checkout? What is the point of having 8 self checkouts if you are only going to utilize 4 of them? Materials are the same quality as HD and yet they charge $1 or more per item.
