“I had a completely different (and amazing) experience at the Zaragoza Quest Diagnostics location. After being turned away from another location (EASTLAKE) for no valid reason, I rushed over to Zaragoza and arrived literally five minutes before closing. I fully expected to be told to come back another day, but instead, the staff welcomed me in without hesitation. Not only did they take me, but they were incredibly efficient. I was checked in, had my blood drawn, and was out within minutes. The phlebotomist was professional, quick, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was their attitude. Even right before closing, they were kind, helpful, and clearly committed to actually doing their jobs and taking care of patients. That level of professionalism is rare and very appreciated. This location completely turned around what started as a frustrating day. If you need lab work done, skip the headache and just go straight to Zaragoza.”
