“Quick process in and out in about 30 minutes. Signed in on the tablet upon arrival and was called up in about 5 minutes to give my insurance info. Another 5-10 minutes of waiting until I got into one of the rooms to get my blood withdrawn. The black woman (I apologize for not getting her name) who took my blood was gentle, efficient, and personable.”
“This review is for the Osborne Dr location. There was an apparent gas leak at the Cliff Dr. location on the day of my appointment and when I arrived, I was informed that all appointments had been cancelled. Other patients who arrived after me were also told the same thing. Instead, all were being redirected to the Quest location on Osborne Dr. Despite having their own busy schedule for the day already, the staff at Osborne welcomed us (a wave of patients) coming from a different location, without an appointment and took care of us in a timely manner. The phlebotomist, Juan was professional, approachable, enthusiastic and highly skilled at his job. This type of customer service is the reason why I always choose Quest. Thank you!”

“I had a completely different (and amazing) experience at the Zaragoza Quest Diagnostics location.
After being turned away from another location (EASTLAKE) for no valid reason, I rushed over to Zaragoza and arrived literally five minutes before closing. I fully expected to be told to come back another day, but instead, the staff welcomed me in without hesitation.
Not only did they take me, but they were incredibly efficient. I was checked in, had my blood drawn, and was out within minutes. The phlebotomist was professional, quick, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What stood out the most was their attitude. Even right before closing, they were kind, helpful, and clearly committed to actually doing their jobs and taking care of patients. That level of professionalism is rare and very appreciated.
This location completely turned around what started as a frustrating day. If you need lab work done, skip the headache and just go straight to Zaragoza.”
