One cage had a small dent, which I noticed before leaving, and they replaced it immediately. The shop has a good selection, but the layout feels a bit tight when there are many customers inside. Still, the staff stays attentive even in that environment. I didn’t feel ignored at any point during my visit.

Not easy to get to due to the construction on Artcraft directly across from the parking lot. But I was happy to pick this location, the customer service was wonderful. I recently took my son to get his nails trimmed because he has a collapsing trachea n cannot go during busy hours due to him barking constantly not allowing his throat to rest,so I’ve been cutting his hair at home.I wish I could remember her name,but the female groomer offered to groom my son on Sunday,2 hour appts to focus on one pup at a time.This time is put aside for older pups,suffering from anxiety or overly aggressive.I think it’s awesome that they accommodate to every type of temperament.Definitely recommend????

On my last visit I noticed new signs. I appreciate the 10 minute pickup/drop-off signs in front of the two parking spaces outside the shop. I even don’t have an issue with the sign inside the shop subtlety asking for tips( I always tip) b/c people may not know that, as with any good service, you tip your groomer. As a recurring customer, the wording on the other sign I did not appreciate was the one that stated that if your pet goes past 8 weeks between grooms an extra charge may be incurred because of difficulty of the groom. That is tacky and a punishment to your returning customers. Maybe offer a discount to encourage customers to come in more often between grooms or put in the pricing menu that the price may go up depending on difficulty and size of the dog and not on the frequency of the grooms.

Upon return he is calm and often dozing in his carrier. We lived for 25 years in Beverly Hills California before moving to El Paso and our groomer there was EXCELLENT.

Our dig nips occasionally and is overly bonded to my husband and we were worried she might bite or be traumatized being separated from hin in a strange place. Barley Kuts were great from the first phone call. They asked questions about her and answered our questions. They were very professional and very gentle. She was cut exactly like I wanted and was happy when we picked her up. We. Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.

Dr Harvey knew to administer antibiotics and pain meds for my turtle and clean out and bandage his wounds. The vet techs were very kind and reassuring as well.

When it was our turn, Dr S took his time and answered all of our questions. Overall, a great introductory visit. We'll definitely go back.

Canine Domains staff and owner Cristy care so much for all the dogs there and really take the time to help socialize your dogs. Our dogs have always had a hard time learning to socialize and play with other dogs. So, this is why we chose this place. With time Lola and Chuco started to interact with other dogs and play. We felt so safe to leave our dogs here when we had to travel and could see on IG that they were having fun and happy. My husband and I traveled 45min, because we and our dogs didnt feel comfortable anywhere else. So, we knew our dogs loved it and it was worth it everytime. We were in El Paso for 2yrs and had to move recently. It makes me so sad because Lola and Chuco were really happy there. We will always be so grateful for their help and love towards our dogs!!! We miss you all so much, love the Garcia family!
