One cage had a small dent, which I noticed before leaving, and they replaced it immediately. The shop has a good selection, but the layout feels a bit tight when there are many customers inside. Still, the staff stays attentive even in that environment. I didn’t feel ignored at any point during my visit.

Not easy to get to due to the construction on Artcraft directly across from the parking lot. But I was happy to pick this location, the customer service was wonderful. Don't let the construction keep you away.

Marshall has been going to Pet Heroes Dog Grooming since January 19, 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank (the owner) and Jina (one of the groomers) are both wonderful people — professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They do incredible work with Marshall every single time.
Frank and Jina both groom him, though Jina handles most of his appointments. One day she got creative and gave him a mohawk cut, and he’s been rocking it ever since. It’s become a real conversation starter at the park — everyone loves Marshall’s style!
After every grooming they put one of their homemade bandanas on him. It’s become their signature touch and a fun way to show he was just at Pet Heroes.
I highly recommend Pet Heroes Dog Grooming to family and friends. I’ve already referred my cousin, and she now takes her dog there and loves it too.
5 stars, no question. They’re the best!

I recently took my son to get his nails trimmed because he has a collapsing trachea n cannot go during busy hours due to him barking constantly not allowing his throat to rest,so I’ve been cutting his hair at home.I wish I could remember her name,but the female groomer offered to groom my son on Sunday,2 hour appts to focus on one pup at a time.This time is put aside for older pups,suffering from anxiety or overly aggressive.I think it’s awesome that they accommodate to every type of temperament.Definitely recommend????

Our dig nips occasionally and is overly bonded to my husband and we were worried she might bite or be traumatized being separated from hin in a strange place. Barley Kuts were great from the first phone call. They asked questions about her and answered our questions. They were very professional and very gentle. Canine Domains staff and owner Cristy care so much for all the dogs there and really take the time to help socialize your dogs. Our dogs have always had a hard time learning to socialize and play with other dogs. So, this is why we chose this place. With time Lola and Chuco started to interact with other dogs and play. We felt so safe to leave our dogs here when we had to travel and could see on IG that they were having fun and happy. My husband and I traveled 45min, because we and our dogs didnt feel comfortable anywhere else. So, we knew our dogs loved it and it was worth it everytime. We were in El Paso for 2yrs and had to move recently. It makes me so sad because Lola and Chuco were really happy there. We will always be so grateful for their help and love towards our dogs!!! We miss you all so much, love the Garcia family!
