“The cashier explained how to use the online app coupons. They are used after everything is scanned. It was easy. You have to open the app, go to to coupons then they scan your barcode and ty he it drops the coupon amount and then you pay.”
“Jimmy was a great help in the appliance section today. He helped when I asked about a specific Samsung washing machine and promptly went to check if he had it in stock. He came back and informed me that it was in stock and I asked him to price the total with delivery and installation included, which he did without issue. I appreciate his customer service as he didn't even know that I would be purchasing and took me to the front checkout to do this for me. Safe to say that he got a sale today!”

Mind you, Tractor Supply is $2 cheaper than Homedepot per bag. Pickup was a breeze. The young lady who brought out my bags was very friendly.”

He was super helpful and noticed I liked a specific vinyl floor for my bathroom and did not have them in the store but after going through his phone he stated that they had actually received a load but they were pending to bring them down tonight. He asked if I wanted to wait till tomorrow but unfortunately I couldn’t make the trip again. We went with another choice but thankful that he even mentioned it. Great customer service!”

“I shop at this Lowe’s a lot, and my overall impression is that the staff is great but the administration is not. My most recent experience was the worst, a flooring project to replace the flooring in my bedrooms. Unless you have a lot of time I don’t recommend buying flooring from Lowe’s. I ordered my product on November 15 and got an email saying everything would be delivered November 29, but after that the service went downhill. The Lowe’s installation line people said my product was at the store and the store couldn’t seem to find it. If it weren’t for Manager Rick Melia and Customer Service staffer Amber, I still don’t think I would have my product - thank you for tracking it down for me (twice!!) And thank you to Austin who brought the last item to my house that we were missing for installation tomorrow. I’ve purchased flooring from Lowe’s before and it went much better- and I was living in another state at the time! I hope they can get it together, the products are good quality. Also I appreciate the service from Appliances- I’ve purchased three in the last year and all went smoothly. Talk to Crystal if you can, she’s the best!”
