Horrible experience went in to get a hamster and the man said they do not sell anymore they stop 30 minutes before I asked where does it say that and he said no where that he says that he did not want to do the paper work he stated I asked for his name he would not give me it I asked for the corporate number he said I can look it up online He said that he still had too much work to do and he didn’t have time to do it. He didn’t want to do the paperwork so he’s too lazy to do. His job is what he’s saying. Do better this was horrible my kids were upset there hamster died and I was trying to get a new one and this happen what happened to customer service It seems like you guys just hire anybody these days when there’s people actually willing to work Sadly, I know nothing will get done Seems like a lack of management issue and training took a Photo of him and he literally posed for it. This is sad.

Haircuts are pretty poor quality facial features of the dogs i do better. My self is totally not worth 170$

The customer service is horrible every time! No greeting even after I say “good morning” when I walk in. The one female who can’t check in dogs is so rude.
Della does a great job with my dogs but if my appt is at 0900 she won’t show up until exactly 0900 or is late! I’m almost over this place! But I love Banfield so I like the one stop shop!

Petco now sells their bags. Granted, it's a minimal amount but that should be included in their budget & profits not passed on to the customer. I guess it's the equivalent of restaurants charging that 3% fee for using a credit card to pay. Businesses are getting out of control - SMH.
Will be sticking to PetSMart instead.

Called to make sure they had the product I was looking for, they confirmed they had it. I get there and tell me other wise. Not only waste my time but also deal with the attitude of the supervisor. Worst Customer service ever.

The store and its employees are great, however, beware of people who leave their cat with them for adoption and simply post a phone number with minimal information about the pet at the store. As I found out today, the person has multiple pets at multiple locations and refused to answer.basic questions like why the pet was up for adoption or if it was even their own pet. To me, having experienced trying to adopt a kitty once before from what turned out to be a scammer selling pets as their own, this raised all sorts of red flags. Who knows but she seemed a little scammy, like she is just out to make money and doesn’t care about the animals. In any event, suddenly the cat was already in the process of being adopted, evidently. Seems like this individual, a female whose first name starts with an “I”, should have notified PetSmart of that, but perhaps she was holding out for the highest bidder. I’m not blaming PetSmart at all, but maybe they need to vet people putting pets up for adoption a little more. I’m not at all convinced this woman is legit or gives a hoot about animals she puts up for adoption.

Joey the groomer was immediately uncomfortable once the saw our 13 y/o 10lb chihuahua had a muzzle on. He did a poor job in making her comfortable as she is a reactive dog. From the beginning he seemed determined to find a reason to not to perform any services. Would not recommend going here. Not sure how you can be in a job that requires being around animals then be uncomfortable with them. And this was only for a quick nail trim.

The store it’s pretty good, the customer service I received today was not. Leni was the cashier today and I asked about an order I placed earlier in the morning. I had the order number and proof of payment. I knew I ordered there because all the other lactations were out of stock. She try finding my order once and then she was rude and said “I can’t help you here, you will need to go check to all the other stores”, and then continued to talk to the next person in line disregarding me. I ended up buying the product again since my little dog was sick and I really needed it.

We attempted to get our boy groomed. He’s gotten quite large and heavy making it impossible to groom him at home as we would before. He needed some dematting and deshedding. The girl that was going to assist us really didn’t have a knack for pets. There was no real attempt at trying to make him comfortable. He wasn’t barking, jumping, or biting. He is a super sweet dog. When she had us remove our harness to put on their makeshift leash he did not want to move. I waited outside to see if they were able to get him to the back. She kept yanking at the collar that was literally choking at his neck instead of getting a treat or assistance from someone to make him feel safe. Not even 2 min in they gave up. They saw we were outside. The lady then said we should take him to the vet to put him to sleep as an attempt to get him groomed. Really disappointed. The dog that went ahead of us was barking, aggressively approached a little girl walking and was taken back. They refused our boy. At the end of the day they don’t have a real passion for taking care of dogs. It’s just a paycheck. Hoping we can find someone with skill to help him out. I don’t recommend the grooming services here.
