“I had a screw in my tire and went in to get it fixed. It took entirely too long and the screw was not damaging to my tire. When I got there, there was only two other people in the place. I saw several other people leave before me who got there after me. All they had to do is rotate my tires, I had to go up to the service desk and ask em how come it took so long!”

“I walked in asking questions about my high dip stick levels after I changed my oil myself. The front desk employee called Lawnny.
And Mr. Lawnny right away recognized where my motor dip stick was. If it went straight through my manifold or not. Than we spoke more about possibilities.
And eventually he began trouble shooting my SUV out of kindness before they closed.
He trouble shooted a few things that thankfully were not giving me trouble. Until he ended up throubleshooting the pcv hose.
And told me my pcv valve is not working and is not letting air through.
He didn't give up his customer service and was very informative.”

“The biggest thing that stands out is the customer service, especially from Uncas. He’s always been professional, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The store is clean, organized, and the staff does a good job helping you choose the right set of wheels or tires without making things complicated.
