Pronto Lube (J & A Lube) is praised for its good service and friendly treatment, making it highly recommended by customers. Many appreciate the fast service, especially for oil changes. However, some reviews mention unexpected findings during visits, highlighting potential issues beyond basic maintenance. Overall, it is a reliable choice for vehicle care, with a strong reputation in the community.
I've been coming here for years for multiple vehicles for many different types of services. The crew is very knowledgeable. I always get my oil changes or inspections done here, even a few other jobs that I know they can handle that other places would overcharge.
Highly recommend this spot.

I've been looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop in El Paso for years. Finally found it at Pronto Lube J&A Lube. They do oil changes, tune ups, diagnostics so basically everything. Family owned, honest, and fast. My whole family brings their cars here now.
