I brought my car in for a couple of issues, and they diagnosed it quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed the same day. The staff was friendly and honest—no upselling or pressure, just solid work at a great price. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!

I called this place to ask for their transmission fluid change for a Kia Soul 2016 for what he said was $300, and I asked way too much, and they said that they may have to take the battery off and other things. At that point, I knew that he wasn't being honest because I told him what kind of car it was, and as a mechanic, he should know what is not true. , so that you know, I called another place, please, and he only charged me $130, which is a bigger place than this one, which means they usually charge more because is a bigger place than this one, which means they usually charge more. I am not coming here anymore BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ONEST!!!!!

The person serving was rude and arrogant. Just asking for information was a conflict for him and he was rude and told me that he was busy so why was I bothering him.
In the end he didn't even give me the service I needed. I had to go somewhere else. And it means filing a complaint with the owner because obviously this is not good for a business and I assumed that the owner should care about this so that he could talk to his employee and recommend a better attitude and disposition in customer service. But I found that the owner was also already on the defensive and did not listen to my concern and totally believed the employee's distorted version.
