Wow, talk about the epitome of horrible service experience. There is no one to answer the phone, insurance related questions , insurance cost based on testing and no one to meet or great you at their front office when you arrive. Now this doesn’t compare to the filthy office and check in machines, which seem like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I’m surprised that a lab operation is not keen on maintaining their office so I can only imagine the lack of sanitation and sterilization of the lab. I have tried to set up an appointment several times and their automated system has hung up on me because it doesn’t understand the prompts or information that it is being given. I’m also surprised that they haven’t been audited by their regulators and I hope after my call, they are. It’s a piece of crap operation. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if they paid me and will make sure that the physician and hospital staff I’ve dealt with are aware of this.

The absolute worst experience ever. Be careful when coming in for lab work at this location. Three phlebotomy technicians did not send part of my labs. This was technician name Sandra who was totally rude,curt and unprofessional and manager name Narrisa who was just as useless as sandra and the other technician trying to send receive my labs. No one got the job done correctly and I was left with missing lab results because they were not sent out..please be careful when coming here and double check as this a very delicate matter as you are playing with patients health.

Lack of sitting, there was 7 elderly people standing and not enough chairs to sit down.
Also 7 people since 8am and it was 12 50 pm and haven't been called.

Shirley Gomez is the best she has EXCELLENT customer service but most of all makes you feel comfortable and when she draws your blood you don’t even feel it she leaves no mark at all you can’t even tell she drew your blood , excellent hands Congratulations for having such an excellent employee 😊

I wish it could be a good review but it's not. Three hours on a waiting list with an appt. Other people confirming later appointments and were allowed to get labs done earlier. The staff member that assisted with a bad attitude and horrible service. I told my grandma never again. No managers in sight to assist with complaints.

Customer service is lacking. Tried to speak to someone to change appointment. An automated system is the only thing available. As a result Quest Diagnostics makes more difficult for patients to get what they need to be done. We now have to go out of our way and drive to the location to make an appointment change. Would recommend people go to other places that perform the same services possibly Labcorp. Just called Labcorp and they are willing to work with me. I will no longer recommend Quest Diagnostics due to lacking customer service

Arriving before business opened, and a walk-in, three others were attended. Other people arrived and were given preference bc of appointment. I was OK with 3/4 but they had passed me over 10 times. I asked them if they were gonna push me all the way to closing time. Employee smartly remarked “we don’t push anybody back”! Sign says 40 to 60 minute wait time, not ignored till closing which they would hv done if I hadn’t stood up and asked. Avoid Osborne location unless u like waiting
