It is interesting to know where I have been sending my patients. I signed up on-line for the Quest on Murchison, some how it got swapped to this one. Okay, my bad. I arrive on time and had scheduled an appointment. It was packed on a Saturday. They got me in right on time. I appreciate that. Mayra was my phlebotomist. She mispronounced my name so I didn’t quite hear. Not unusual, my name is different for El Paso. When I asked to verify if it was me that she meant then she rolled her eyes. Sorry I didn’t hear, what can I say? We went to room 4. Everything is very clean. But Mayra does not seem happy with her job. I get more personal interaction from the teenagers at a McDonald’s drive thru. She confirms my information and sets everything up. She draws my blood and asks me to confirm my name. Then she points me the way out. She did fine, but with her interactions, I wonder if she has had too many appointments scheduled, too many days in a row worked, got called in or what to make her so morose. I hope her day gets better.

I tried calling billing today,the person hangs up on me on purpose.... TRI West said I owe nothing.....they keep sending me bills..... community care sent me from VA.quest screwed up insurance.....when TRI West says I owe nothing...but yet I still get bills from quest diagnostics.

Make sure you schedule your glucose test early (at least an hour). They don’t tell you until you’re already there that they can’t take you even though it gives you the option to select it. They couldn’t do my test because they were closing in 20 minutes even though I came at the time of my appointment.

Was able to book same day appointment online. The Kiosk check-in is convenient for the technicians and clients. It eliminates the front desk and speeds up process. The technicians was professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Tell me you don't want to work, without telling me you don't want to work.I came here on Monday at 3:45PM, the soonest I was able to come. Quest closes at 4PM. All I needed was blood work.From the moment I stepped in the door, after I signed in, the first thing they said was "we are about to close in a few minutes" as they were all three standing at the door as if they were ready to go at 3:45PM.When I told them what I was there for, they said they did not have my VA authorization information, even though I pulled up on their system when I had never been to Quest before. So I spent 8 minutes contacting VA, and they said they sent it over 3 weeks ago but would certainly give it to me for future reference.By then, it was a few minutes until closing. They told me to come back tomorrow (which I was not able to).Last I checked, if posted hours are until 4PM, then if someone comes at 3:55, they are still on the clock. It was VERY obvious they were done with the day hoping no one would come so that they could LEAVE at exactly 4PM, which they did as I sat in the parking lot.I get blood labs frequently, and a blood draw only takes 2-3 mins. I can walk into ANY other clinic during their posted service hours - even 5 minutes before their posted closing hours - and still receive quality service. I regularly go to VA lab and many times just before closing (because of my schedule) and have been serviced with quality and a smile.If Quest wants to stop doing their job anytime before 4 pm, then the service hours SHOULD NOT BE posted until 4PM. Disappointed.

Staff very polite and helpful in expediting the lab orders from Dr. I drove from the east side of town and appointment went very well.

They advertise and said that i qualified for free covid testing and made my appointment. When i got there they told me i neded to go to my car and feel another form to pal 120. I dont mind aing the 120 dollars but there system is stupid first they at its free and later that i need to leave and pay 120 and then cone back

Friendly staff however on one of my mom's last visits the employee was new and input my mom's insurance incorrectly she is being billed $224. I've tried for weeks to get a hold of the billing department by phone and email and have gotten no where. When you call it won't even let you speak to anyone. One day it said they were on an all day training now it says they have a high call volume and to call back.What a mess! My mom is extremely cautious of her credit and wants to get this resolved before it goes to collections.

We received excellent service from a compassionate team. My daughter has special needs and does not respond well to having her blood drawn. The technicians were extremely professional, patient and kind.

Very disappointed took my daughter in for blood work and took samples of stool specimen and Maria forgot to label both and we never got contacted about the issue. The day my daughter got her blood drawn Maria was very rude and kept telling my 5 year old daughter she had to stop crying so she needed to let her do her job that's what she gets paid for and my daughter was never refusing to get her blood drawn she was just scared like any other 5 year old. A 5 year old will not understand any of this. If you don't like your job Maria then go look for a different one let me remind you we are not there for pleasure, this is peoples health you are not taking serious. I hope that whoever is in charge of this location resolves this issue and puts a stop to people Maria who are putting people health at risk by not performing their tasks correctly.
