“My package from amazon was big, a hard cover pop up tent which actually came sooner than I thought. Communication was very good and the delivery was when they said it would be. Very polite couriers. Package came a little beat up but not bad, hope there's no damage to my tent? And the package was placed where I wanted it. Thank you RXO”

He also gave us some waters which was very needed in this heat. I'm extremely grateful that they allowed us to unload on site instead of a home delivery as it definitely saved us some money. “Jacklyn truly went above and beyond for me, and I am so incredibly grateful for her kindness and patience. I was trying to print photos of my family to take with me before leaving for deployment, and what should have been a simple email transfer turned into quite the hassle. When the pictures would not send properly, Jacklyn did not give up—she patiently helped find a workaround so she could receive the photos, download them, and make sure they printed perfectly.
She then went even further and offered to laminate them for me so they would stay protected throughout my deployment. That small gesture meant more to me than she probably realizes. Having durable, protected photos of my family to carry with me while I am away means the absolute world to me.
Jacklyn’s patience, attention to detail, willingness to help, and genuine kindness made such a difference. She took the time to make sure everything was exactly right, and I cannot thank her enough.
