“After moving across the country, we realized the trailer wouldn't fit in our new apartment complex. I called and talked to Allison who offered a few suggestions. We ended up driving to El Paso with a truck to load our things into from the trailer. Freddy was amazingly helpful and helped me back the truck up to be right by the trailer. He also gave us some waters which was very needed in this heat. I'm extremely grateful that they allowed us to unload on site instead of a home delivery as it definitely saved us some money. I had an incredible experience at The UPS Store! I accidentally left my key behind while traveling out of state, and the team went above and beyond to help me out. They packaged it securely, shipped it quickly, and I had it in my hands in just 3 day (UPS Ground).
The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The store was spotless, and the service was absolutely top‑notch. The packing job was perfect — you could tell they took real care with it.
