The center has clean bathrooms, comfortable waiting areas, and an onsite small food vendor. However, it is not a good place for smokers due to aggressive homeless individuals. Some issues include disrespectful kids around wheelchair users and the AC needing improvement. The #50 bus is often behind schedule.
