“I noticed a gouge on the side wall on my front tire, I called and talked to the manager Jaime at 5pm and he gave me a quote and said head on over , We close at 6pm but we'll take care of you. “I was in a bad spot and tops tire was close by. I walked in and asked if they could help me out with a special request. I had a Dayton with a nail in it, no other shop on dyre was open. The Sales rep got off the phone greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him what I had and he said let me ask the guys if they know how to work with that style tire/rim. He brought a guy in from the garage area and he was respectful, careful, and got it done. I was back on the road with no issues. I had had a problem for about a month and the Hondo Pass store was not able to help me after 3 attemps there. I am very happy I drove out of my way to try to get help there.”
