“The biggest thing that stands out is the customer service, especially from Uncas. He’s always been professional, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The store is clean, organized, and the staff does a good job helping you choose the right set of wheels or tires without making things complicated. I’ve also relied on them a couple of times when I needed a tire quickly in a pinch, and they came through. Solid service all around and definitely a place I’d suggest to check out”
“We had an exceptional experience at Tops Tires and Wheels. Their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism from the moment we arrived. They were knowledgeable, honest and took the time to explain our options without any pressure. Their expertise was evident in the quality of their work and they ensured everything was completed correctly the first time. It is refreshing to find a business that truly values excellent customer service and takes pride in it's work. We highly recommend Tops Tires and Wheels for anyone seeking trustworthy professionals and top quality services. Thank you to John for his devine knowledge and also to Fernando and the awesome mechanics who graced us with their fine mechanical skills. You guys are great and we appreciate the service provided. New Loyal customer,
The Miller Family!”

“This is a great business. They did a great job on both vehicles I've taken to get serviced and they have great deals with rims and tires. They also give you warranty on your purchases.”
“Chris was polite, friendly and worked super fast. Got the spare on and even gave recs given it was a dry rot flat. Will definitely be calling again if I have other tire issues.”

“Jaime and staff are the best,Hands down. Awesome prices for brand new tires. Jaime included extras along with the purchase of my new tires for my Ford Explorer. Highly recommend La Tachuela over Discount tires any day.. Give them a try and they do offer easy financing even if your credit is not great.”
“Fast, friendly, very knowledgeable. Great place and service. I highly recommend this shop to anybody in El Paso. This will probably become my number one shop. Come down to Forrest Tire. Awesome place!”
“I noticed a gouge on the side wall on my front tire, I called and talked to the manager Jaime at 5pm and he gave me a quote and said head on over , We close at 6pm but we'll take care of you. Bought 2 new tires and his crew even stayed after 6pm to install, balance and finish the job with my truck. Awsome manager and workers. Highly recommend!”
“I’ve visited Martin Tire Company in El Paso three different times, and every experience has been outstanding. The customer service has consistently been friendly, professional, and accommodating. The staff always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the entire process stress-free.
One feature I especially appreciate is that they offer an Uber ride so you don’t have to sit and wait while your vehicle is being serviced. It’s a thoughtful convenience that really sets them apart.
Every visit has been quick, courteous, and a great value for the quality of service provided. It’s refreshing to find a business that is consistently reliable and genuinely focused on taking care of its customers. I highly recommend Martin Tire Company to anyone in the El Paso area needing tire or automotive services.”
